Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided following a site visit are based on the scope discussed at the time. Any changes to that scope once work has started, such as hidden timber damage found during a strip-out, will be confirmed with you before proceeding.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked job, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Liability
We carry out all work to a professional standard and hold appropriate insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work carried out, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
