Re-roof Project in Alexandria

A recent re-roofing project in Alexandria involved a full strip-out and replacement on a property showing signs of water ingress at several points along the roofline.

Once stripped back, the timber deck showed localised rot around one valley, which was replaced before new underlay and battens went down. The rest of the structure was sound.

The finished roof used interlocking concrete tiles matched to the surrounding streetscape, with new lead flashing around the chimney stack to address the original source of the leak.
